Here are quick answers to common questions about Clear Cut and our real estate photography services.
What is your standard turnaround time for photos?
We deliver all of our images and videos within a 2 day period directly after a shoot.
What if the weather is bad?
Weather is unpredictable. The assigned shooter that day will personally reach out about rescheduling. No additional charges.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the south coast of Mississippi and parts of Alabama and Louisiana.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
We offer free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a small rescheduling fee to cover travel costs.
We do offer same day delivery for photos upon request for an additional fee.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer a guide on how to prepare your home below. We recommend this to all of our clients, for those who have never sold a home, and for those who have done this a hundred times.
